Sampling was restricted June 20th. Effective immediately no samples are allowed as an idiot at HO forgot to renew state licenses and allowed it to expire 2 years ago. We expect this to be resolved within 4-6 weeks.
Then mid August, oh not August it’s mid going to be mid September, sorry probably October or early November.
Incompetence at Sales Operations at its finest. That’s what you get when you hire someone from a Contract Organization run the show. Fucking embarrassing to continue to tell providers wanting samples that this mess has not been resolved.
    It’s a shit show.

Do your job. Write a prescription. Don't relay on samples. Play the game with the rules you have.

You are so clueless - Providers start patients with a sample and then write a script. They grab a sample of our competitor and start them off with their product. It’s a crowded market space - you think Ilumnya is a better product - not

So for a pharmaceutical company, even a F'd up confused one like Sun, it should not be challenging to identify the need for state licenses since one can assume all states have licensed regulations. Also since it was reported that the licenses expired in Washington and Alabama two years ago, one could infer that prior to that point they had been licensed. Also it is not a reach to say that it is very very likely Sun had successfully renewed the licensing in the past for those states as well as others. So why does it not seem clear on exactly who or what department dropped the ball and specifically why? Is this Sales Operations, or Compliance/Legal, or other? Who is supposed to manage that process and is responsible for such standard activities? Saw various threads on this and could not understand why there were varying opinions on who exactly is Bozo the Clown for this particular joke in the giant endless Sun Jokebook. Would love to know the particulars on why the lack of clarity and who ultimately should have been on top of this, as it is a perfect example of the ineptness and lack of ownership that you see daily at Sun on common basic things that other companies are able to easily handle. My guess is just another example of how having the turnover rate of McDonald's when the kids go back to school, and in many many cases not replacing those people ,most who have run away like their hair was on fire, just might not be ideal for any company. Especially when people who don't really know what the people who left did, nor likely care, decide not to replace them, and call that strategic and being Better, Stronger, and Faster, when anyone with half a brain would say it is just being Cheaper and Stupider.
