Coming from the inside here at Sage, you don't want to be forthcoming with that MonkeySurvey or any other survey. They know where all the sources are and quickly hamper them. They don't want to hear the truth, especially negative truth. You will certainly suffer the consequences. Continue to be quiet until you leave the company on your own terms. The Human Resource department is the worst in the industry and they will tell all. They are too small here. Ever notice that no one answers their phones in home office? Get an attorney if you ever need to and document everything. They are. Very cutthroat and transparency does not exist.
Started looking for a job the second I realized Mgr is the personification of micro. I think Sage does fine long term. But I can’t handle this primary care atmosphere anymore. Best to all.
