VelociRon did not bring inhaled LD in ahead of schedule (of course you know this). Inhaled LD was late to file and recieved both a CRL and an extension. The FDA approved three weeks early which goes to their “on time” record not yours.

You may want to review how NICE, IQWIG and other agencies view high priced, alternate delivery products ex US before you start counting your goats.

Additionally, with a 60% + GTN to even play ball in the US, your revenues are going to take a heavy hit.
