What a fricking hypocritical joke! Patient first, my ass…! All we talk about are freaking weekly numbers! Next it will be daily and hourly numbers!!!! And what a waste of time......same bullshit over and over. Is everybody subjected to this lunacy or are we just lucky?

Agreed, total waste of time.......just one of many ways management reducing our time in front of customers....when you add up all the bullshit we do, it is a wonder we can ever leave our garage in the morning!

Another complainer who did not do his homework before signing on with GSK. You need to chat with not only reps ,but reps who previously worked with us to see what it's like. In the past we have had weekly calls but not a permanent thing, we have had to call the manager on Fridays , but not a permanent thing. Sparky needs to adapt, and roll with the waves. Stop fussing and be happy with your job. These things happen, and will go away.

Right! No constructive criticism allowed st GSK. We just do what the Master tells us and no complaining!!! Sign of a dead company--definitely an old school company who does not want to adapt to reality -and the whole no being paid on sales but constantly judged on sales thing is hypocracy at its worst. Not at all patient first. You might believe all the fake news out here but I'm not buying this

Stop your crying, snowflake. You have one of the easiest jobs in the world and are grossly overpaid.

So obvious, unemployed millennials playing on Daddy's computer. Isn't it fun to live with them and have no worries at all. Also very, very immature.

While I could financially retire, I am too young to stop working. It is unfortunate that you don't really work, snowflake as it seems all you do it sit around and complain versus doing your job.

You are never too young to retire. Do you expect to live into your 90's ? Most don't, and many die young unexpectedly. So get out, enjoy life......you never know when you will die, and you don't have to be old.

The calls are comedy, it's not really a beneficial call for the reps, it's a constant overreacting call that turns into a running joke. The joke part comes from the knee jerk reactions and struggle to maintain rankings in front of the team. It's a ping pong match of shifting ideas at best.

Well, Well.............why then are you fellows still here ? If you laugh at your job and its responsibility, you did not research the job description well, and did not talk with any employees, present or past. When I was hired they tried to keep me from contact with the fired rep.....I did , and knew what I was getting into. Just smile and do your job knowing they send you a nice salary and benefits, plus perks. Just smile and do your work.

Translation: "I a special little snowflake and I cannot handle even the easiest job, despite being grossly overpaid for what I do. I am entitled to have things go the way I want or else I will throw a little hissy fit at the slightest of incoveniences.

To all of you disgruntled reps check selling generic Advair. You would be experts at it!
