    Previous experience with Pharma M&A: Company bought will undergo layoffs and keep key people on drug development projects... for the time being. New organization will most certainly have consolidation of functions. The advice is best to get resume ready in order to be ahead of it....

    Sadly,,,,, get the resume ready.... any shot of leaving early, before the merger and getting a severence package is dead and buried. We are screwed.

    So true!
    After the acquisition is complete, Bristol-Myers Squibb said it expects to cut $2.5 billion in costs annually by 2022.

    Instead of writing two letter reply why don’t you write your version and knowledge of the subject/story unless you are from management
