    Re: Bayer Diagnostic Division

Reply was made regarding DDD market share and how Diabetes business was making a mistake not looking at DDD and was losing share. To the "outsider" who made the statement, maybe you need to understand DDD better. First Quarter, 2004 Bayer's reagent share growth is up 1.2 share points(matty) second only to Roche who is at 1.4 growth....before expansion reps and national DTC are even implemented.

    Keep watching those numbers!

    Re: Bayer Diagnostic Division

I am trying to find a rep position in AL, GA, or Fl. Unfortunately, I don't have a local point of contact and trying to apply online is like sending my resume into a black hole. Would anyone be kind enough to provide a point of contact?

    Thanks

Anyone remember Bayer Biological? What ever happened to Willard Hale and Craig Turner? Did they go to Diagnostic?

    Recruiters

Can anyone tell me who does the recruiting for Bayer? I thought it was a large company out west, but recently I was contacted by a company I never heard of before. There is limited information about them online. Thanks.

Re: Any one remember Bayer Allergy?

Biological Division is now just the Hemophilia Team. They sold off the Immune Globulins about 18 months ago.
Craig Turner went to Schering with the reorg. Willard is still with the Diagnostics Division I think. The only old Bio people still around are Mike Gabay and Carole Guthrie who are still with the Hemophilia Group. Joe Lapilusa is in Urology now and some of the other folks are in Scientific jobs like Frances Ciavaglia, Carol Smith. Jamelle Barnes who was great passed away from Cancer about 6 months ago. She may have been one of the best reps in Bio.... It was fun while it lasted and then they dismantled the whole thing. Too bad!

    Re: Recruiters

They use an in-house recruiting company called Publis Selling Solutions. Ater 4 weeks of this; they farm it out to about 3 approved recruiters.
