Not only are reps treated like dirt but so is the support staff. Mgt. seems to think the the support staff might as well be cattle class. I have never seen so many managers disrespect support staff. There is a defined class system at Bayer. If you are Management and above the world is your oyster. If below Mgt level. Forget. I have spoken to temp employees who have told me they been treated horribly by Bayer. Not a very nice place to work.
