Does anyone have any idea why we are doing so poorly with Symproic.? I’m trying but getting absolutely no traction. It’s really demotivating. What do others think?

I would love to be there when Marv has to admit S was a failure. I was separated but if someone wants to post I would watch.

you all seriously think the reason why Symproic is failing is because of Marv Kelly? You’re all out of your minds.

Well then what is the reason? There has to be someone to blame. That is the Purdue way.

Marv, marketing, sales leadership, Shinogi and the overall call plan were a disaster from the beginning. If a plan is failing, we do not change course- we struggle through and then fail. At this point we need 50% of reps calling those that have written or consistently Rx and write opioids. Basically pain Drs. If not, give Shinogi those pain Drs and we are done.

If anyone complains about Purdue its your own fault. YTou should have left years ago.

The problem is that chronic use of opioids are declining fast and fewer “new” patients are prescribed opioids. The message to support patients w OIC would have resonated more in the past w HCPs but now so many are tapering patients off opioids, maximizing non opioids or using more invasive techniques to manage patients pain. On top of this, coverage still sucks. Offices say they don’t have the time to facilitate PAs-even w conversion denial in place.

Perhaps since Symproic is a Me 2 drug...or a Me 4 drug....managed care is shitty (pun intended).....and since Symproic is a co promote and we have nothing else to sell for years.....

You have to admit - it is bad when the brand sales team only has a co promote drug to sell. Nuthin else. Sad.

    What happened???

So you are saying the MK has helped Symproic? Huh???

MK and his obsession with reach and frequency? And his focus on "predictive analysis" or "data" that he talks about on conference calls?

Why doesn't Phil Cramer fix this situation? Or does Phil Cramer not give a f....k???

At the least, MK can wear one of his skin tight, too short black golf shirts and motivate us on a WebEx. Or Not.

Phil is trying the best he can. He doesn't really have much to work with and there is really no motivation left in field. No matter what he or Marv try, the writing is on the wall. Phil is probably just out of ideas that have any real chance of changing the dying course we are travelling. He is frustrated like the rest of us so let's give him a break. Agree?

Yeah, Phil is a good guy. Honestly, Symproic was doomed from the beginning regardless of MK. Stop using people as scapegoats because you’re upset that they laid you off. MK is not the reason for the layoffs.

Marv is not the reason for the layoffs but he is a terrible person.

So when is the writing on the wall going to become known to everyone?

In other words, when is the AX going to fall on the remaining 230 or so TBMs still working at Purdue?

There is a lot of talk about the June 2018 time frame...
