•Not enough samples to do our job
•Constant delays from pricing office
•Failure by service to provide timely reports
•Customer service and the relationship concept is ridiculous with unanswered calls and failure to do anything timely
•Routine backorders on many necessary bread and butter items

All this and much more spell a train-wreck in the making. Since so many are not making money and all of the above leading to unprecedented frustration the mass exodus is about to begin! Thanks Charlie and Patrick Furtaw for your beautiful moves.
