What are the top dermatology companies to work for?

My advice is to go with a smaller company. One that has a team of 40-50 reps. You can make a name for yourself. The downside is you can't hide in a company that is small in Derm. If you are a 10-2 primary care rep you will quickly stand out.

In 2020 where are the hot places in derm to be? A lot has changed since this thread started.

IMO, the Verrica opportunity could be a good one if the pricing of the Cantharidin drug is the same or cheaper than the Cantharidin doctors can already order from Canada. I've been told my some derms I have open dialogue with that they can get Canth from Canada and treat a couple hundred lesions with a single $90 bottle, and then they make good money on the reimbursements. If Verrica's drug has good efficacy and safety and can be the same, if not close to the price of products outside the US, having it here in the states and FDA approved for Molluscum, then this could be a good sell.

    Hope that helps....
