What do these VPs have in common.

    - Geno Gemano
    - Liz Barrett
    - Jay Bowsher
    - Vic Clevelli
    - John Miles
    - Micheal Gladstone
    - Angela Wong

All 7 were VP-Pres level with Xeljanz the past 8 yrs and are no longer w the Xeljanz brand.
5 of the 7 are no longer w Pfizer having gone to Biotech.
If you need any sign of the top level who know the direction & insights of the brand and where it is heading, well here you go.
7 leave in 8yrs that is unheard of! Sure a few execs bounce internally every 3-4yrs during their career to gain experience but 7! --- & 5 leaving the company???????

Sounds like all were lucky or smart knowing the path that was likely to unfold.
They say the smart & savvy always bolt first while the clueless & blinded get shafted in the end.

Doesnt matter what they have in common they are gone to better more financial gigs.
None of this matters at in 48m the division will not exist. Only Derm (half the size of now) and a small BioSimilar team will exist.
Xeljanz 28 DMs 270 reps and zillion home office support for 1 product will all be done!
Everyone will be w other divisions if they are lucky, if not they get the new & improved severance rolled out in Jan of 1 wk for each year of service. Plus 60 day grace period.

Good luck to all as it has been a fun 8 yrs, well fun first 5 or 6 and last 2???? Well hopefully it will be a distant bad dream that will be forgotten. It was good until 2yrs ago.
Good memories until Jan 2018 when the fall of the Empire started.

Bowsher? Come on man. That guy couldn't motivate a girl scout troop plus he was clearly always out for himself first. Others were fine, although definitely some weirdness, but Bowsher?

in that case, no criminal backgrounds, no hub cap stealing, no down low "friends" like Andrew Gilliam, no welfare check history, no playing the race card, no using "ax" instead of ask, on and on

Maybe but his culture was good.
Jay & Geno drove Enbrel to 8.5 Billion a yr brand which was 2nd largest ever in Pfizer history after Lipitor.

So he did delivered performance and had extremely low turnover regardless of his style.

Geno was the smartest of them all. He should have been the new CEO.

Geno was the best of them all and begged to being groomed as next CEO as he was way ahead of Albert in the process.
Geno lead Enbrel to 2nd largest Pfizer brand while launching Xeljanz to be the fastest product to hit 1 Billion a year in sales.
Oh the good days first 5-6 yrs of Xeljanz was fun.
Oh well at least good memories of what was.

Agree. We have these execs from foreign socialize not for profit countries that make poor decisions. CEO the past 18 months wants to make Pfe a smaller BioPharma co to have stock go up like Biotechs. Well that hasnt worked. Highest stock price was is Alberts 1st day on the job at 45. His performance as CEO first couple yrs has been terriable - grade F.
Bad backfill hires, moved people around in areas that are their lowest strengths, poor MA decisions, Mylan merger giving away 20 billion a year for just 55% of co is absurd! He must got a kickback under the table in a Swiss bank act! Oncology has been the only success.

Embrel was a multi/billion dollar product when Pfizer bought it, dumbass. Pfizer and it’s assholes just rode the wave.
That’s all Pfizer has done in the last 25 yrs.

Stupid Idiot know your Facts, fool.
And who were the Pres & VP w Enbrel & Wyeth???? Moron it was Geno & Jay who came over during buyout and grew Enbrel from 5Billion to 8Billion (doubled globably after Pfe bought but kept Geno & Jay to run the ship)
