What do ya'll think about today's announcement

Any thoughts on the newly minted DSMs in the NE? Shouldn't the new RD be crowned soon in the new region? What is it called again?
Are there many openings, or will they all happen post NSM?

Not to sound uncaring but at this point who gives a damn. All they are doing is arranging deck chairs on a sinking ship. Total sales management reorg is all that is going to give us any hope.

The only person who has a chance of being reorg'd is you. Reps and DMs will be held accountable first and maybe even possibly that sacrosanct deity the RD, but the VP and Sales Director -- no chance! Just concentrate on selling Aqua and Compass and you'll be fine.

You being insensitive. The inept hospital training was excellent especially when the didn't know which were the most recent setup forms. The long and useless session on styles was also awesome. And let's not forget seeing the new rsd in action .....priceless. Specifically the know it all pig in new england. Yikes!!!!! All in all typically Genoptix sh@t show

You're right. Since LH has been in charge things have gotten soooooooooooo much better! Less folks are leaving and more people are making budget because of her leadership and guidance.
