Apparently, Lilly is NOT going to be the Diabetes leader by 2020 with all of the layoffs to Primary Care! I sure haven't heard them mention this in a long time!!! Lilly is too high on themselves thinking that nasal glucagon and ultra rapid is going to make them the leaders!! Look what has happened to Tresiba and Toujeo!! Scripts of these "novel" basal insulins are dropping fast! PBMs don't want them available on their formularies due to cost! Wake up Lilly!! Your arrogance is going to kill this company FAST!!

With the current DBU leadership of EC, DN and his group of incompetent AD's, there is no way Lilly will ever be a leader in the Diabetes market place. For God's sake, in a time era when health care are demanding less reps, what did EC and DN do but throw more reps at them! Great way to piss customers off which resulted in blocking customer access for all reps.... they are implementing strategy like it was the 1990s. Everyone with an ounce of common sense has always known that it wouldn't do anything but decrease customer access and what do they do but add more and more reps. Leadership needs to be held accountable since it was them that implemented piss poor strategy. Lilly will never be a successful organization until they hold leadership accountable for their poor and failed strategy. Let's see if EC and DN keep their jobs....
priorities are simple, reduce OPEX by getting rid of all the high salaries, this includes everyone over 50 and this needs to be done by year end, promote all diverse candidates especially women, this is worth 2 stars if they are...Spanish, AA, Latino, Oriental, or Muslim. Get the company down to a shell so Lilly can merge. This has been a 5 year plan that started in 2013 mid year and will be completed in 2017 year end but actually by summer of 2018. Also by completing this process we are not going to have as much to pay out on Pensions which are a thing of the past and we can also slow this way down by getting rid of the hanger on,s. This is the cold bold truth about Lillys and we need to get it done with Out taking on a Class action...Why do you think it's costing us so damn much giving the three years. THis is a huge out put but it will pay huge dividends in the years ahead. Bottom line profits are in the s--- hole so we are forced to do this.
Priority #1 is to fund the exorbitant lifestyles of our Lilly Leaders. To accomplish this noble cause, we must cut the low-level minions who are draining cash from the company.
