Told the new RD to kiss his ass. RD got all flustered saying he had never heard anything like that and that he had to take it to HR, GTOB told him no need and he resigned effective immediately. That RD and his VP were both gone within a year, so maybe GTOB was on to something??
Great Guy?! He fired a guy to try and win favor with his director. Backfired on him when HR investigated and found out he worked with the guy once in 3 years and his work load was similar with the rest of his district.
