Are you saying top oncologists prefer a rep to a fellow oncologist? Do you see a role for MDs in a pharma company or are reps enough? Maybe you think we should just do away with medical or outsource it.

Puh- lease.....there are very few companies, Oncology or otherwise, that have MDs on the field. Do you really think that most medical affairs/ MSL teams are all specialist MDs?? Nope, majority are pharms or PhDs. Most do good job, but would agree that many docs prefer talking to another MD. What about Ipsen Neuro? Why don't you get MDs working there too?

ONce the us gets profitable, marc will get rid of cs and bring in someone to run the business who knows how to partner with medical. it's obvious to everyone she cant work with doctors and that's okay for now. but when we ramp up and get some momentum marc will find someone senior who has medical credibility. be patient the priority is getting to profitability. teh longterm grown will come when she does what she does and goes for how she does. be patient.

When I read this, I don't see a personal agenda. I don't think there is anything here that we all don't know but are afraid to say. Trivializing this as personal is transparently stupid. We all can see issues and are hoping for the storm to pass. Please refrain from dismissing and trivializing something critically important for our success. Bien? I know it must hurt you to see these things come to light. Try to be respectful of other's opinions. We have to share this board.
