Being a sexist,racist drunkard doesnt necessarily make R.R. a HR nightmare. Neither does expensing titty bar visits with your favorite Doctors. Its when you dont hit your goals, that you become the HR nightmare.

 

Wrong HR becomes your nightmare. Got it backwards.

 

RR is a company man and admired by the shot callers in c suite.

What do you know about expensing "titty bar" visits with doctors? Inquiring minds (HR and the govt) want to know more.

 

Shareholders frown upon that as well.

 

Whenever Ive taken a Doc to a nefarious local, I always pick up the tab. With cash no less. I think the poster was inferring that R.R. expensed his escapades, not the poster. Its not necessarily the act or paper-trail that gets you, its the cover up. Good old Martha Stuart went to jail for lying to federal investigators, not for insider trading as many seem to think.

 

I was hired the same week as RR, and I doubt most posting here even know him. He ALWAYS hit his number dispite having inferior product to compete with. The jealously here is insane.

 

How else do you cover up fraud? Buddies in OEC help you out?

 

What ever happened to the shmuck in OEC, Berry? Married to the Director of HR. Speaking of shareholders frowning down...Director of OEC married to the Director of HR? How is that ok?
