This is what I know, the goals are attainable AND management and marketing are sending us all of the support required for meeting them. Its a beautiful day in the neighborhood.

Lots of Libre to sell. FDA approval anytime now.

Ha ha ha. What a crock. ADC is a true hell hole. Lots of people leaving and their slots are not being filled. Libre approval timeline from FDA keeps slipping. (But will be an awesome product.) Middle management are all drones and have no authority.

So ADC is still a shit hole? Lots of backstabbing and political maneuvers?

Most of the original thinkers are gone or have been suppressed by the culture. Once Google and DexCom get geared up with their cheap CGMs in the next few years ADC will lose big time.

Bet ADC management is so lame that they really do not have any new products in the pipeline. Don't want to spend the money. Anybody who worked there knows that all the Libre stuff happen though the technology teams and not from any advanced planning by management.

What is the psychology of unattainable goals? It is obviously demotivating and demoralizing. Is it a subliminal message to seek employment elsewhere? Was there a business principal used to accurately measure the time it takes to create a new market that explains 500% growth?

DexCom will be bought out before their CGM's hit the market. They aren't making any money, the reps aren't getting their bonus', and they just laid off their PCP team. I wouldn't count on Dexcom being a player in the long run....
