What is going on with our HR Department?

    That EASY system is the worst, and what message is C.G. trying to bring to the Galderma culture?
    The department was a great, kind, and sales rep friendly group and now you are scared to ask a question, or even question a concern for fear of some type of retaliation.

    WAKE UP ! We live and work in the USA, not Canada and not France, learn what makes us tick, not from where you are from.

    WE PAID MILLIONS FOR THE EASY SYSTEM BUT CAN'T PAY COMMISSIONS,
    CHANGE THE RULES AT THE END OF YEAR ON MAKE - UP PROVISIONS, AND SHORT OUR PRESIDENT'S IMPACT WINNERS BY HALF TO PAY FOR EASY.

    WE ARE GETTING TIRED OF THIS CRAP.

    Don't forget, you have a job. they make the big, big ,big bucks.
    Galderma reps no more. cut, cut, and more cuts.
    Managements raises are huge, huge, huge. I just got the dirt from a higher up that got the boot. You would flip out if you knew the perks, extra's, power points,
    Loreal/Swiss money they all get behind the scenes.

    C.G. is all about herself. Never turn your back to her you just might find a knife in it. No one in HR is to be trusted.

    If you have been here more than 5 years, it's time to move on to another industry. You are wasting your talents and time. Life is too short, and you are to talented to keep doing this. Especially when the financial rewards are quickly drying up. The economy is turning around and this is a great time to move on. Take advantage of it while you can.

    HR has become an industry in itself. They lobby congress for more regulations on business simply to buy themselves job security. It is a farce of a department that has gotten as out of control as the federal government. It is the way evil socialism is stelthly getting its tentacles into all aspect of private business.

    The current HR attitude is will fish until we find you doing something wrong. Motive to get you fired. I think they have been under this directive for a while to get let go of the more Senior people and hire new reps at a discount. Again, it's the French greed hard at work in all departments.
