Coach at doing what? How to be a little bitch and be gossipy. You’ve mastered that and trust no one else needs to.

If what has happened in Indy can happen at any other major metro area. Everyone needs to be vigilant.

I think there is still a Pony in Indiana. He represents the quality of INDV. that is still around. Be like him.

The only one that managed CLs in Indy. Some people just know nothing on here. That’s the quality u get at this place.

Not everyone knew the make up of the stupid teams - just that both JBs were super sketchy. Go vape clown.

HR is having a difficult time finding qualified candidates for all the Indianapolis openings. Not a big surprise.

It’s not about HR not finding qualified candidates. Its that they are offering laughable pay for Specialty.

What's the base salary range being offered?

    85k

Now way... I call BS! Tenured B&B specialty reps start at 110K. 85K would be insulting and would not attract any talented sales professionals.

Apply and find out for yourself. New hires top out at 94.4 no exceptions

This is so ridiculous maybe you did based on your resume.

There's plenty of qualified candidates around the country. What's happening is those candidates don't want to come near this snakebit company. They've heard of the ineptitude at the management levels from former employees.

What’s hilarious, is now Indivior has pay to fill 3 territories when they could have kept the (then) remaining CL and had her cover the other 2. Instead she gets fired and now they have to spend more money filling all the positions.

News flash: Indianapolis doesn’t need 3 CLs for Sublocade. They did for Suboxone but not now. Just another example of piss poor decision making at the top. To be honest at least one person should have been let go in January, bc the market just isn’t there in Indy and the state in general. After the other two left, FB should have been given the whole state except the northwest (BP up there), instead of expected to squeeze blood from a turnip. This company is fucked.

94.4 is the standard regardless of resume. You learned something today. You’re welcome
