What is the avg time it takes a product to get a product approved on a GPO?

I recently interviewed with a company and they said they that the product line is going to get picked up by a few GPO's in the next 6-8 months. My question is what is the typical time it takes for the review process to take for a GPO to accept a product? This is for a medical device.
