What is the Teva Severance package?

The Cephalon Package-3 months and then 1 month for every year of service.

The Teva Package?

The Cephalon one was humane, we might all be out of jobs in a year or so

 

Why do you say we are done in a year?

 

2 weeks for every year of service with the company. look it up on the intranet under HR policies.

 

And Teva said you would be re-hired if they had any openings for which you are qualified. And, they ignored all applicants who they layed off and paid a severance!

 

I think you have to pay them to leave. But it will be worth it
