Do they ever get along? Seems like the negativity is there just for sport. I am not a long time CSL employee in HQ. I have been working with a few of them, and some are very supportive and collaborative. Others are just out to take you down since you are not in their chain of command. Success is not celebrated. Not sure how this company has survived so long. Culture needs to change at the top in order to be successful. Leaders need to Collaborate and should show some Customer Focus vs. internal fighting. New members will not stay long in this environment if it continues. Paul it is time for a leadership shakeup and hold them accountable to work together.

I think you need to go higher. Maybe it is time for Paul to leave. He is the one that put the others in place, correct?
