So who is running the R&D part of Vision Care today? Is there an R&D? What is it like to work for Valeant?

Just wondering. My guess is 90% of the people that worked there 5 years ago are gone by layoff or "I am outta here" found something better.

What is the average age to the Valeant employee? my guess 55 years old.

Good luck. If the stock turns around and you are given stock options you might make a few bucks before retirement.

The attrition rate answers that question.

Piss poor leadership who don't have a clue.

You're better off going into pharma. There the only ones making money and things seem to finally be settled over there. Plus everyone leaves them alone because they are bringing in true revenue. Not fake numbers.

you are one dumb mug. This company has screwed and harmed so many good dedicated people. This company should fucking rot in hell. Look at the idiots that run it. Look at the Mouseketeer who flicks everyone and moves over to salix. If you and there, you are so stupid and you deserve everything you get. Bunch of fat meatheads.

The contact lens division will get better but only when they get rid of the pseudo leader in NC. This woman is running the business into the ground. Her whole team hates her and are looking for ways to get her fired. Patrick...open your eyes stupid.

A pattern of pushing excellent managers out and promoting the junior varsity team. Results show it.

This is sooo true. You only have yourself to blame if you aren't actively looking for better opportunities. So many good people have left this toxic culture.

Total junior league. There is a reason 4th place idiots aren't 1st place winners. Winners know how to ducking win. Losers have no clue and put idiot little boys and girls in positions. Talented people don't hang at this treehouse.

Stock is coming back. We are becoming the most respected brand in the industry. Loads of opportunity for career growth in this company. Fantastic management. Best stock to watch for 2018. Employs the Nifty Fifty and the leaders in the 70 best under 70.

Coming soon a new mascot and a killer Logo. Watch out Aflac. Your Quack is nothing compared to our Quacks.

Actually, a lot of people do care about it. Unfortunately, quite a few others (I'm guessing, you included) are not able to look past their own biases to recognize these types of opportunities. That's a sure way to guarantee failure. Good luck with that.
