Just woke up and saw The Email from PB. Talk about the Night of the Long Knives. Holy Cow Senior Management just got sliced and diced

Considering a specialty position. Realize company is under tons of transition. Any advise is appreciated. Are the trends in hiring upper management promising? Also, what is the company car? Any option to upgrade? (I have lg. Family) Currently, my entire company gets paid vacation the week after Christmas and the week of July 4th. Is there anything comprable with Impax?

You must work for Amgen, with those holidays. Anyways, don't touch this one with a ten foot pole. Impax has been totally mismanaged from day one. It generally takes us about 18-24 months to decide that our senior management sucks, cans them and then decides to replace them with even more duds. Fatholahi and Ciampa were the start, and now the incompetent Shafranski, Kane and Clark. Karma sometimes takes a while. Having said that, at least Crocodile Nestor is gone, so maybe the decisions may get better.

Moron - keep Fatholahi out of this fiasco. Is not his doing. Under Ciampa and Shawn we did great things.

Napolean and Mussolini were the beginning of the end for Impax. Serious little big man syndrome, coupled with singularly the worst sales director ever, with serious anger management issues. Off they went, to be replaced by Mr. Hahahahahah himself, a CSO reject. And, all the time they were "led" by Nestor, the insignificant little Aussie. Total recipe for disaster. It has been a good and interesting ride for a lot of long-time sales reps, but I fear the end is in sight.

Could the Morale at the meeting be any lower? Lots of new faces. Customers specifically telling us they do not like what we are using as marketing points. PIPs everywhere. People talking in huddled groups. Was hoping for more optimism
