Here is what we have now:

    1. JW, JP, EY, DM, RW, DR, FM and I can't even think of the others but I'm sure you can add to the list.

This has to send a message to the company. Whether people were asked to leave or leaving on their own.

This is causing a lot of fear and distress with the salesforce. They believe that something is going on and not getting all the information.

This is causing many good reps to leave or at least look for other opportunities. How can we run an organization like this?

We need to get rid of CL. He's trying to create " a new company" and thinks his vision is going to change things.

Move your ass down to Atlanta where you belong. YOu have offered the company NOTHING. We never recieve an e-mail from you and you are non-existant. Your entire team in-house is miserable and YOU haven't got a clue as to what you are doing.

This company was better off than before you arrived. Hopefully the powers that be will see what a useless piece of shit you are and throw you into the gutter where you belong.

As far as DP is concerned, I think his intensions are good with the organization and hope he sticks around for a while.

More managers are looking for other jobs in addition to the reps. It's going to get much worse before things get any better.

    God Bless!

DP needs to go back to manufacturing diapers. CL just needs to go, wonder why Covidien let him leave if he was so valuable. These people don't care as long as they get stock options. Take a look a what Joanne B. made on her options under inside trading on KMB on Yahoo. Sales reps are a dime a dozen in this economy and you are only worth a penny.

A dime a dozen? Perhaps. It is still large loss when good people leave. The hiring process and training are time consuming not to mention relationships established. It's like starting all over. The new hires have to prove themselves all over again to the accounts not to mention the business that is on the furnace and should be closing soon. That's business as good as gone.

    So, a dime a dozen-maybe. Dollar loss-Absolutely.

Hopefully this company will find its way again.

"The fish rots from the head" and until they make the changes at the top it will be the same, much like "Ground Hog Day" Would the following please step to the rear; JB, JA, CL and DP and pick up your severence packages which are the same as the raises that have be handed out.
