What reps think of acell

    Now that our parents are all expired.
    How do we maximize our value with an IPO?


    We have no IP - but I don’t think that matters, b/c we have a huge customer base .. that believes in US!

    I’ve been working in the Midwest for awhile. It’s been great. A heck of a lot better since MS got canned. Man that guy was useless!

    Nice one smarty pants. So IF you’ve been in the Midwest for a while which Buff Joke and Phony Bonacorso have been, you also know the number of people that have been “canned” or “left on their own”. Any organization that has had more than 3-4 people from one area leave within 12 months, is probably more at fault than the people. What’s your excuse?? They were all bad hirers?? Who hired them?? What were they told during the interview process? Look in the mirror, you know there have been at least 6 people that have moved on in the past 12 months. If that isn’t a clear sign of this place being a dumpster fire than you’re as ignorant as DD. Maybe be honest with your new hires about what the job is and you wouldn’t have the astronomical turn over. Stick to hiring associates on the cheap that aren’t married with kids and hound them to work all hours of the week and weekends for peanuts until they figure out they are under paid. This place is actually worse than what’s said on this board.

    what’s it like to be at the bottom of the sales list each week? Man you’re such a loser! I didn’t even read your post. Everyone on this site knows it’s just some person who couldn’t hack it. That’s what this site is known for...people who can’t sell post on here. Probably should just move to the NE where you can just suck and no one cares

    I agree that there are probably some former reps on here with an axe to grind, but why are so many of them pissed and saying the same things? But this doesn’t seem to happen to nearly the same degree at other companies. Why here? It also appears that some of these posts are from current employees who are afraid to speak up, so this gives them a forum to do so. If something isn’t true, then it shouldn’t bother you.

    The turnover is 5 times greater here than at other companies and many of these former employees clearly feel compelled to say something. The personal attacks on this site are juvenile at times, but the common themes in these threads are obvious and generally accurate.

    Probably the same handful of people posting most of the messages on here, but that doesn’t mean they are wrong. Ask around at the company. The stuff on here is mostly true and everyone already knows it.

    If you don’t like the mess that is ACell, you should prob move on. This train wreck isn’t changing any time soon

    yup. HR has no interest in protecting or helping the sales reps. It’s all about protecting the managers and the company from litigation.

    Dude, I know people who are going to go out of their way tell financial analysts and the WSJ about this place. Everything will come out in time. The incompetence to the illegal and everything in between. Get your popcorn ready.

    Blah, Blah, Blah, you little non selling bitches have been talking about bringing us down for years with no action. We cleared the DOJ investigation a year ago and we’ve cleaned the slate. You can keep trying to drum this garbage story up with ZERO evidence. Prove it!! If not, go sell something or go somewhere else before we PIP you.

    TB isn’t a true leader. He’s a little man with a Napoleon complex trying to push people around claiming he has the magic formula. “Just do what I tell you.” “Check the board” “big 6 brah”. He’s like a broken record repeating the same catch phrase.

    does anyone think this guy is smart? Um, no! Does anyone think he’s strategic or insightful? Um, no! Does anyone think he can formulate and communicate a simple message without jumping all over the place? Um, no again. When he speaks it’s like someone keeps changing the channel in his head so he gets confused and can’t provide a valuable thought. Go have a 15 minute 1-on-1 conversation the guy and you’ll know exactly what everyone is talking about.
