That national call was jibberish. What an inarticulate dope.

100% Bozo! Wish I could share the group text that was happening during that call with 18 of my closest friends. It was hilarious.

All 160 of us can be managers? That’s your carrot? Work Saturday? That’s how the best reps do it? Lol! What an inspirational speech (eye roll).

If you have had a new manager in the last 12 months than you know he is obviously telling the truth. Anyone that is a complete idiot and does what these clowns think is the way to grow the business than yes, they can and will be managers.

Someone is mad that there’s a big group text talking about his incompetence. lol! But that’s what happens when you’re a fraud and reps don’t respect you.

Bob said it best " You can foo, some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all of the time" Or this turd has risen above his level of competence .

Let’s get back to buffalo bro. you know, the guy in the tight suits trying too hard to look the part but he really has no clue how to manage. Oh, and he trashes his midget boss but then sucks up to him when he’s around. “We’re boys right?” Two faced buffalo bro. We all know your deal.

The real problem at this company is having a clueless director of sales with zero experience, no business background, and no college degree that everyone in the company is embarrassed by.

Being friendly or personable isn’t the only thing you should bring to the table if you are responsible for 150 sales people and the future of this company. This guy is “winging it” without a lick of medical device experience and making critical decisions at a pivotal time for the company. He’s doing more damage than good and he had NOTHING to do with the sales success in 2019. Absolutely nothing and everyone agrees.

Everybody is tired of this guy and all the stupidity that he brings to the table. He’s hurting the company but the higher-ups are too drunk on the sales numbers to see the truth. Amazing mess we have here.

Someone doesn’t like to hear the truth. (Notice the angry and aggressive outburst. That’s what it like to work here)

It’s not whining or complaining. It’s exposing the truth. It’s exposing the frauds. If it wasn’t true, you wouldn’t be so upset about it anger guy.

Honestly, most make $120k their first year. There is upside in year 2 and year 3, but very few consistently crack $200k. (Maybe 10%) Good product. Manager down here is a nightmare. Company seems more than a little lost. Most people are working just 20-30 hours a week because the reps are treated like crap. And we we get a measly $200 car allowance. Everyone else in the industry has $600/month. That should tel you all you need to know

A cell is a B-team company with a bunch of jr, associate type reps. Reps here can’t cut it anywhere else and that’s why they stay and complain.

Our company is truly toxic. Complaining or not, just look at the activity here compared to other companies. It doesn’t take a genius to see that there are multiple current and former employees unhappy with their current or previous experience here. The DD situation doesn’t have an end in sight so we’re just going to have to figure that one out individually. I really feel bad for the poor suckers that get misled to during the interview process or believe this opportunity is going to be better than their current one. If you are one of those individuals and think you’re going to make the move here, I hope you’re not in the Midwest or Southeast. If you are, you’ve been warned.

Hahaha! I hope he wins. Everyone already thinks it’s a b.s. award and this would just be the final confirmation. Easily one of the 5 worst managers in the company and now he wins an award. Only at ACell where sucking at your job is rewarded if you pucker up to the director of sales. How does he still have his job? Passion award a.k.a the butt kisser club.

Nobody cares about that award. It managers and their buddies slapping each other on the back. Most people think the whole thing is rigged, especially after last years winner. At best it’s a useless congeniality award that goes to someone in the inner circle of inexperienced dummies only looking out for each other. We all know the award is a complete and utter joke.
