Sick of hearing start up be patient that’s no excuse for badly run. Lose bromoted leaders who have no idea how dx works plus the idiots in medical. Find tech in this century not more Gdoc lists. Stop lying about patient bills. Look at toxic culture where sales treated like shit and customer never right. Fix what doctors hate about testing and company before you give pips.

This post is comical. Steve (and the board) doesn't give a shit about what you think needs to be said to the board for oncology or transplant.

You aren’t wrong here. You hit a lot of the pain points. They treat the sales team like interns doing coffee runs. “Fetch me this fetch me that. Send more emails about more events around the same shit over and over.” You have zero control over the management of your accounts. Marketing, clinical and leadership bombarded doctors during covid with zero empathy. And let me tell you these doctors will not forget this. It’s a damn shame.

You have an uncouth, sawed-off fairy in LA and a tacky high school graduate in Cleveland calling the shots in Transplant management. Both are r*****s. Terrible look for a sophisticated organization.

where’s post about how sm and Phil are the weird rich Jewish kids in high school who tried to be cool driving daddy’s sports car and having parties no one went to? you’re still the mathletes picked last for dodgeball

Sophisticated? This org is like a time warp back to 99. Least up to date tech ever in a dx company.

Sadly oncology is the same. Its not just transplant feeling the pain.

But make sure you’re all getting out to the clinics during the biggest Covid case numbers of all time right Phil. Don’t you worry you’ll get a mask who cares if you’re responsible for a cancer patient dying.

Not wrong about insensitive emails but is a good one compared to rest. Need to cut sm loose. If pg had the job maybe something would get done. Has more of a clue about sales.

Cash in on stock while you can. Natera has no competition in oncology and that isn’t going to last.

GH will be taking over soon. We can give you credit for recruiting a good sales force but it won’t last. They’re unhappy there now too.

    Whats to be unhappy about???

Think house of cards. Launch commissions cut by Q2, messing with car program to save a dime, expanding sales with underperforming territories. Pharma typ leaders making the decisions as sales are unhappy.

recipe for DISASTER, turnover is hard to recover from, and good/great sales people are hard to find
