    The bear case for EXAS seems to assume that the large quarterly cash drain from the outside sales reps will continue. I agree that the number of sales people will be drastically reduced once adoption is complete. Management can't articulate this because it will be bad for morale on the sales team. But it seems obvious that this is the path to profitability.

    What they are telling KC:

    Wouldnt it make sense to market using CVS/Walgreen/Walmart "walk in clinics"? Cologuard could be advertised at their pharmacies, test kits and paperwork for approval being onsite, and ordered thru their "walk in clinics" nurse practioners and physicians assistants. It would seem to be more cost effective than having a marketing rep contact each primary care physician,and then going thru the exisitng "ordering process".
