The opportunity to witness "what not to do" in business.
1. Push out talented assets
2. Hire unproven and inept candidates from the top down to raise diversity
3. Burn your employees out by pushing mature, low dollar products
4. Repeat until the lights are turned off

 

Micromanagement, teleconferences, the enormous amounts of exciting busywork that justifies the jobs of the in-house pencil pushers, trying not to pee myself when the oz principle is mentioned at a meeting (at least on a conference call I can mute the line), condescension from the managers (all of them are completely pathetic individuals). I hope we are all given an opportunity to do an exit interview.

 

I'm gonna miss seeing AW take a limo to our training facilities while the pawns are riding in a bus.

I'm going to miss the CONSTANT lies:

1. There is opportunity here.
2. Be a regional trainer and you will get promoted.
3. Be on this committee and you will get promoted.
4. Sell alot of the new product and the new company will hire you.
5. Keep working, you will be noticed and get a TSA.
6. Changing from rolling 12 months data to 6 months...
7. The supper at Abbott house was really for us. (it was actually a celebration for AW)

I could keep going.

I feel like I'm so stupid. After the meetings in Sept. I actually believed the new product would bring better things. Ugh.

 

I'm not going to miss anything... Well except for AW's big nasty smelly hairy bush and how SLJC's breath always smelled like it.

AW did the job Miles gave to her. Don't blame AW for a corporate strategic mandate. AW really cares for the folks in the Division and is working tirelessly to place sales reps with Zoeitis. As for the vulgar poster, go back to your hole in the sewer pipe!

 

AW is an absolute snake. Lies flow naturally out of her mouth. She is an evil person to the core of her being. And the worst part is that she is raising two kids to be like her. We don't need any more evil, manipulative people in this world. Those poor kids are doomed. Needless to say, I won't miss her.

I'll miss KS. He was such a joy to work with. No better feeling than when he called the day before for a field ride. I mean it. That was just pure joy. And when he would "discuss" call notes and metrics reports while I was driving and couldn't see the info he was referring to, ahhh...bliss.
