What would a President Cruz do to pharma?

A Cruz presidency would go a long way to reviving the glory days of pharma. I think he would pare back useless and outright harmful over-regulation. As a result we would see more innovation more
Choices and lower prices with improved care.

Frankly I believe the FDA's sole mandate should be safety. Efficacy is something the market can and
Would sort out. I would hope that promotional
Regulations would be pared back. As recent
Court Cases have proven, the FDA has overstepped
It's bounds in restricting the speech and promotional efforts of companies and their representatives.

Who cares? He’ll never be president.
