What's going on a MicroPort?

Monday would be a great day to spring clean your desk and to go through your emails and forward/delete any old ones you want to keep

 

If you don't do this every Monday you are a fool. In the past the layoffs start on Wednesday and finish before Friday

 

TROLLS... As far as the eye can see, TROLLS...

 

I hope you are right some of these have been spot on in the past

 

Look at the past 12-15 months. How many layoffs have we seen? How many positions have we lost approval to backfil when people with a brain have left? But, yeah. People who can see the writing in the wall are trolls. If that makes you feel better, just keep telling yourself that.

 

Never claimed everything was hunky dory, just the trolls who keep posting vague warnings. "The paperwork is started!" Etc. Everyone is concerned, but vague statements like that are just to be a troll and get people riled up. It doesn't help anything.

If you're so good at reading the writing on the wall, why don't you just leave? And if you start bitching that there aren't any other jobs, then stop complaining and start doing something to help the company improve!! All you do is moan, but what are you doing to help??

 

I want my severance package, you get 3 to 15 months depending on how long you have been working here. I have some things in the works that way I can double dip and get paid
