Whats going on at the Tampa plant?

Valeant got its 2nd CLR letter from the FDA basically saying Vyzaulta is safe but we have issues where you are making it. Anyone know whats wrong with the Tampa plant in regards to making the new drug there?

 

Its binary. Either Valeant execs are super incompetent not to address the problem or FDA did not properly tell Valeant what to fix. 3rd highly unlikely possibility, someone at FDA getting bribed to stall/kill the new drug approval. Without the plant issue being fixed the FDA will not approve new drug.
