Kidding? one by one many people have been leaving. Many really good ones. " The transformation" should be renamed "the destruction"

Anyone, anyone? They take anyone nowadays, day walkers and failed CEOs, anyway if they meet savings targets (praise the good lord and punish them if they fail) they get an invite to the Christmas party!! Time to buy a new dress, so excited !!

Diagnostics will be coming in to slim down the greedy Pharma org, US fat salaries will be cut, west coast ops to be chopped and moved to Indy and Mannheim ops to move out to Basel, new group head coming in from automotive.

PA - one of MGs direct reports is "being wished well " another change.

These guys showing real balls - only one week after town hall meetings took place. why not use that to give updates - weak leadership - zero courage - complete failure in terms of compliance with corporate values

How sad. The destruction that MG is leaving behind on functions, on careers, on people's lives, and on the whole company. When you don't know where you are going, any road seems OK to you. Does anyone believe anything anymore?

MG is an example of what happens when someone is promoted beyond their abilities, a frequent occurrence at Roche.

McKinsey would never get involved in such a big steaming log like MG is pushing out, watch out rumour is it's getting bigger, result of a regular AH action in Africa

Not sure who said this, but is so fitting
"Vision without good plans and execution is hallucination"
    Sounds familiar?
