    Well the Merck Serono team got beat to the finish. I guess Rebif will see a huge drop in sales fast. RR, HA and JS thought they had all the answers. They never make any new statements, anyway. Every thing is the same old crap. All that increase in staff at MSLL's. Now JS probably will need to take her broom out of the closet and start sweeping out some fine staff members. Hopefully she starts with AB, then jumps on her broom and flys out herself to give the rest of us staff a chance to survive.

    Skeleton staff in the call center and get rid of the field nurses. They were good when we first started, but they are as useless as the call center people. A good idea that has run its course.

    Suddenly, MSLL= Customer service is important to EMD Serono marketing. Too little too late.
    It is to dumbed down and over priced to have any value.

    Skidish management, now monitoring every desktop everyday along with recording/ monitoring all calls? Really is this how you treat professionals? Or is this just a way of justifying all the middle managers...something for them to do. "Find ways to punish, harass and fire people" , rule and control with fear. EMD Serono the place to be...if you're pregnant or out on medical leave!

    Correction, the word is skittish. Increasing transparency by monitoring telephone calls, thereby increasing accountability and perhaps better levels of service...seems like call center 101 to me. You should be thankful for living on easy street so long.

    Monitoring calls was needed back in 2002 when MSLL started and proper call center practices needed to be set in motion. Unfortunately no one there knows how to properly run a call center or they just don't care. Now management is trying to pretend they are useful and they care because there are no longer other projects deemed more important. So now they have no other choice than to actually try to do the jobs they were hired to do in the first place. ER and her ass sucking crony KA need to be flat out fired for killing morale. AP just abandoned his team in 2004 and never looked back and JS made a complete idiot a supervisor in AB. Well they have run the Jackass express aground. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    One third of the staff will be gone by Christmas. Decisions are already being made, not based on performance. The head count for 2012 is set. Nice gift for the holidays....

    IS anyone really surprised by this? Of course decisions aren't based on performance. they're based on eileen and Karen's toxic influence most likeley and based on who can kiss the most @$$ and who can backstab and throw people under the bus the fastest. I'm sure gen support will be cannibalized first and tossed out while reimb points fingers at everyone else trying to save themselves. The nurses will follow. Of course management will take no accountability for their own actions as perusual and will still try to pretend that everything is awesome and they are leading the way! It's always been that way and will be that way untilthe whole place is outsourced and closed all together. And even then management will throw themselves a congratulations party on how awesome they were at ruining a good place to work and adding to unemployment in MA. GOOD JOB!

    Best thing that Serono has done in a while is get rid of the MSLs. They did nothing and were overpaid. Cant say that it was all their fault though. Why are other companies msL team able to discuss things that seronos isn't?
    Why is SD still there?

    a very good question... JH was an excellent resource and worked hard but limited by the geography she had to cover....not sure who SD is managing and what she does on a daily basis...fertility not her strong suite
