He's on the radar of B.U. and headed for the door. Getting the same as his protege

Mr. D has ruined the enthusiasm and morale of many on the salesforce. He is one of the top reasons Epiduo is tanking ! !

 

A few rep's plan on filing complaints against him during ride withs. Ho coaches with intimidation. NOT GOOD.

 

It goes way beyond that.

It's not to late to drop your arroagance level from a 10 to a 4. Compliment your DM's or top rep's and mean it. Don't make a false attempt to say, your doing good, but..

Your famous for that.

If you ever saw your critique, you might cry.

 

I work in the Home Office and heard him say Thank You
and Your Welcome 1 or 2 times in about a year.

 

Don't even think about your bud's job. It's not available.

 

MAYBE IF OUR DM'S HAD A SET, AND PUT HIM IN HIS PLACE, THINGS WOULD AND COULD BE DIFFERENT.

THEY ARE THE PROBLEM, NOT HIM !

 

All DM's are screwing up this company. They say what wants to be heard, rather than the truth.
That's why we are 3 steps behing other RX companies, are always playing catch up,
and will end up under 100% YTD company wide.


BLAME THE LAME DM'S

 

My DM knows 0. In the car at 8 and out by 12. Does nothing but take up space and trashes
the company. I agree just to get along. I get good job, and a 2.9.

What a joke.

 

I reported to TD at a previous organization - he was the best Director I ever worked with - no BS - just "get 'er done" and have fun! Give my left one to work with him again.
