What's bad is they don't adjust quota to balance it out for the rest of the company probably Mark s idea to make sure AMANDA goes to club but it's funny our manager told us our new reps said the same thing he bragged about his daughter the entire time he was there yuck

 

Same thing happened in Texas last year and no quotas were adjusted and we had workers working 10-2 and the manager did nothing at least he was fired. But they should adjust quotas to the people on these plans that do nothing but drop samples off. There are others up there getting the benefit too

I quit too!! After 9 months and I am now making over $200k a year. Thanks Avion!!! Thank God my former Avion manager was able to recommend me to my new job. Most people don't last a year here.

Thanks again for another pay period after the NSM with no raises! That now makes 6 pay periods. Are you going to go back and pay us back pay? makes no sense why last year we received it then and now we don't. But be sure to pile more work and territory on our plates.
