I wonder if upper management is concerned? Probably not.
We have a lot of work to do with Olympus Urology Disposables and getting on national contracts...

Last years comp plan was DISGRACEFUL!
They bust their asses day in and day out.
Plus almost half of the 4 groups total quota
Is brought in by Urology.

Our comp plan is simple. Work twice as hard and make half as much. If you don't like it, GET OUT!

PLEASE take your amazing talents elsewhere that will pay you the $300-400k that you are worth. I sure that there are many, many companies that are beating down your door to pay you what you deserve.

Is this JR in Austin. Nice hair d-bag. Dude works maybe 2 days a week and brags that he "owns" his clown Manager Dusty....who is a fat little Canadian pig

 

Immature and inappropriate. If people are so unhappy in Urology go.

 

Now that GI is beefing up head count (to the ridiculous) can't wait to see how much commissions go down! The days of the average rep making $250+ are well in rear view mirror. Yes, they will let the occasional few make 500K as a "proof statement", but I'm hearing each EAM is budgeted at $170K on average. Can anyone dispute that the job is more difficult and pay is going down?? The perfect storm year is the only saving grace

 

have fun at this terrible company. You either have to go into management or leave. You do not have a choice anymore they are not going to let you make money here as a rep anymore. They are going to keep knocking down the reps till they are making 150k per year. Take a look at all the reps that are going into management. they know whats coming and realize that if they want to stay at this terrible company they will need to get out of the field. Its over either get out or take what they give you.
