Terrible week for retention. Especially Mike V. Thoughts? Essure is dead? Prepare for the fallout.

It has not been a mass exodus yet, more like a couple of legacy Conceptus people that leave each month. But losing several quality people this week could be a precursor. There is a lot of chatter.

Not only legacy Conceptus but legacy Bayer people leaving. Regardless of the fact that Essure is sinking and Mirena is being allowed to die, Bayer Corp is destroying the lives of many hard working people who built these products from the ground up. There was a time when Mirena was recognized as being the best contraceptive in the history of contraceptives. What has changed? NOTHING except leadership!!! They have taken this division and our products and run them into the ground!!!! JS and PB will just move on to the next victim and leave Bayer to pick up the mess, or not. What happened to out RICH portfolio pipeline we used to look forward to? GONE. Can these 2 guys be court marshaled like they do in the service? I wish. They need to be held accountable for ruining a company and the moral of the people who make the shareholders money!

How about that JS e-mail about July sales?!?!?. Like no one realizes that the shelves were totally stacked in June to maximize payout. Yet, they still didn't quite hit their number. And as if magically, during a vacation season, women will all decide to schedule their procedures. All this, while introducing ourselves to brand new customers and handing out business cards in a territory that has been vacant for a year. SELL SELL SELL !!

Nice level playing field. (sigh) Let's hope they fix these quotas again. I expect an exodus if they do not. I'm hoping its another huge glitch as they try to put this jig-saw puzzle back together.

Really? Please offer the initials of who left. Have great friends there. The manager is the best in the company.

I was contacted to interview for the Boston position. Can anyone fill me in on what's happening? Thanks.

There is a job opening and they seem to think they want to talk to you about maybe filling that open spot. That's what's happening... I mean, that's usually what happens when there is an opening and someone is asked to interview. Just sayin...

The MV was not for MVB. There are at least 2 Essure mgrs and 12 others who have resigned in last 10 days. Everyone is tired of the under delivering of bonuses because quotas are off base. Why would they not have just let us start over with a relaunch of Skyla. Quotas were so out of line with that product. Essure quotas are not much more reasonable. Heard that the doctors involved with the upcoming advances w Essure have said they are all delayed. The next gen Essure isn't getting placement success because it is too stiff. The new handles are not improvements. The doctors are not liking these new products so maybe that is what everyone that is leaving already knew?

Yes it was MV, a Conceptus legacy rockstar manager from Louisiana that left. Had no idea about the other 12 leaving in 10 days. That is a huge red flag. There are probably less than 60 of us Conceptus legacy peeps that are still here.

What about the Berlex legacy people. Are any still there?

Most of those dead beat losers got shit canned in the last round of lay-offs.

Ultimately, the model is to have a contract sales force. Anyone in a permanent role, is climbing a slippery pole.
