JS has single handedly ruined a once thriving sales division. More announcements next week which are sure to bring the curtain down. Hoping Stephan takes a close look at the Pfizer circus at home office and helps manage them out.

You will probably get the job because, since the reps are not getting paid anymore, they are dropping like flies. I’d be curious to find out your offer if it comes. Wouldn’t doubt a lower salary since it’s down to one product. One NE territory is down 4 reps. Good Luck -Still a decent place to work if you have a good manager. Just like anywhere else.

We’re there many managers who had switched to the KAM position downsized from WHC effective today? Could you give names or initials? I’m no longer w Bayer but hoping my friends aren’t looking for work this time of year. Thanks

Big news coming soon for WHC. Last effort for Bayer to make money at the end of the year while reps have suffered all year.

The home office decision makers have to be completely out of touch w customers and patients. Bayer doesn’t have any credibility with our customers anymore thanks to the incredibly bad decisions JS and LW continue to make. So sad. They are sinking the boat with this one.

Lisa Wassell is in over her head. She is taking us backwards not forwards. 40% accurate Hubble is a joke, going back to detailing off our iPads (Yep, that worked before!), price increase after the first of the year. How about give us what we have been asking for. Well, the main thing we are asking for is for you to leave Bayer immediately. Let's hope Stephan gets this figured out soon. I am sure she will bring in more Pfizer people to fill in the new Business Development Manager positions that she just could not fill with our existing KAMS that are more qualified than she is. What has Lisa Henry given us (other than the nipple show when she didn't wear a bra at the last POA.) to help us in the field???? Pathetic. There will be no IUS division at Bayer by the end of 2019. The managers can't even be honest with the ABD's for fear of getting let go. It is the Bayer Puppet show. Ridiculous that 1 person can ruin the mojo of what was once a great division. How does Bayer allow that to happen? The reps will drop like flies and Lisa is mistaken in not realizing that our relationships are what keeps Liletta out of most of these offices. Bye Bye Lisa..... someone will realize you have no clue.

We can only hope someone quickly realizes what an aweful eader she is SOON. 40 percent of reps is a ‘payback’ situation is also fairly ridiculous. And what about Lisa and Lisa is One Bayer? Seems to me we (she) is trying to make us One Pfizer.

SOS SOS SOS everyone chime in how awful this is... lets keep our jobs. get rid of the bad and keep the good

Now add the latest news of the day with the halting of the trials of vilprisan. 2018 has been a rough one for WHC to say the least. Just when you think it can't get any worse, another email comes with bad news.

yes. And heard the lovelies at home office didn’t know why the sales force was concerned after the disruption with the KAMs. Guessing LW has not had even basic leadership training right?

This whole year has been a complete joke. No leadership, no motivation, nothing positive said to reps anymore. First year I’ve been here in a long time that we had no sales contest or extra incentive. Do they know that money and success motivate us?? The worst thing leadership can do is increase quotas, expect “double digit” growth in a year a competitor becomes equal to us clinically, tell us to sell against pills, send us off for the year with “meet your number” as the #1 expectation and then make it so impossible for us to make barely 90% of our quota so we give up because we’re not anywhere near making any bonus. It’s like she’s never been in a field based position before. Why don’t they have some humility and ask the reps who are facing the customers who are responsible for buying the product what their suggestions are for increasing sales, because selling Vs pills and spending tons of money on Hubble wouldn’t be our answer.

Yes, everything is kind of a shame with leadership. Mostly a shame for our customers and potential patients because our home office has done NOTHING to help support either. How can a group that did an excellent job of launching Kyleena suddenly be viewed as ‘losers’ who are complacent and don’t know how to sell? We did not need Hubble to grow our market. We did not need Hubble to launch Kyleena. We do not need ‘video’ Veeva presentations Lisa. Are you kidding me? This was maybe a strategy in the 90’s? First sales consultant to pull that out in front of a provider with be escorted out of an office permanently. This is the lamest, strategy ever. Our providers do not want to watch infomercials. Please, please, please stop this trainwreck.
