When did low baselines make people #1 on COE

It's amazing! Top volume producers are not on the COE report. Heard reps with low baseline are looking good!

 

Just shut it! Everyone knew this was going to be a part of the game. The tough part is the doubling of baselines those with higher baselines got in 2H. That seriously impacted earnings

 

this is how it works. Sad but true. Everyone knows COE is an imperfect system in any company.
