When will the next IT cut be?

Rats leaving a sinking ship now. Look at all the resignations or moves over to Elanco. Elanco? That's better than Lilly? Seems so.

 

When college IT graduates look at job opportunities, Lilly isn’t exactly at the top of the desired employer list. It should have been fully outsourced years ago.

 

Too many kids have seen the layoffs, "reallocations", with their parents and other relatives. Anymore, Lilly is not that competitive with new grads.

 

Yeah, the MIT grads aren’t exactly beating down the doors to work in Lilly IT!

 

There are going to be "cuts" any day now (for 5 years)...yet there are 30 open IT jobs posted in the US. These posts are so funny...

 

March 12,2020 is the answer. There have been other small cuts but they have been small and quiet. Best of luck to all that were notified.
