It's blatantly obvious that something is not right with this company! Really good reps have left and now a manager has quit. How many people have to leave before the powers that be get it??? Five months of next to no data, and do not get me started on the bonus fiasco! I hope someone gets to Vinita and can convince her to get rid of Jim Hassel before the culture of Lupin becomes more of a mess!
Maybe they should have thought about this when they brought in the wrong people and let go of the good ones!
The management here has never had an independent thought cross their simple minds and if they do manage to let one through, they get put on the shit list and eventually get fired. They stick their heads in the sand and pretend that the reps are the problem because if they didn't they would have to come to terms with just how incompetent they really are.
