How are your bonus checks? What, you think that the amount we paid for Zenpep would not effect your bonus checks? Ha, ha...silly reps. We make mistakes and you guys pay the ultimate penalty. Now, whose ready for "supermarket sweep?" Actually, it's not going to happen because no one qualifies under our impossible goal setting we put in place. Maybe next time.

Oh how untrue....The Warehouse Windfall contest had very clear qualifications. They changed them once, early on in the contest, because they identified that pure $$$ did not reflect the true effort of smaller volume territories. But aside from the contest qualifiers there were qualifiers that a rep had to be at 100% to goal for enzymes and at least 90% for Rectiv. There certainly were reps that qualified under both criteria. Too bad that you had to go down to the 25th or 30th rep but those were the rules. I feel sorry for the people that actually were at the top but the results were posted each month.

Canasa patent...gone. Only a matter of time before its generic.
Pylera - PrevPac going generic and what are we going to do when our tetracycline supply runs out in 2 years.
Rectiv- haha. Need I say more? If it was 1980, this product would be # 1.
Zenpep/Ultresa- hahahaha. How many more disease states and medical issues can we come up with in order to sell this product?

Hopefully there will be new products on the horizon and hopefully we can take advantage of TPGs deep pockets for those new product acquisition. Let's all just hope!

Since the inception of JT, employee morale is down the tubes. I don't even care that I have second rate products to sell. Hey, I have a job and I get out there every day. However, if I'm treated like [@&)!(!!] then my spirits prevent me from selling the crappy products. No, people are not inherently bad, people ARE inherently good. Lets all show respect for each other.

OK...so practice what you preach. Get your morale up and quit being so negative. Everything could be much worse. And on what are you basing your loathing of JT? I do not really know him but so far he seems fair and it is probably a lot better than an outsider from Novartis. Give him a chance and we might all be good.

It starts at the top RT brought in JT b/c he's a yes man that will do what RT wants the way he wants it done. These two idiots would love a company that would sell stuff without us, train us on 4 products in 3 days and go. We are lucky if we have regional mgrs that care about us b/c they are the buffer between us and those two.

So the windfall has been announced. Strange that there were winners that were not even employed when the contest started in January. How does that happen? Just curious how someone can start in the middle of the contest and take the place of someone else. Perhaps some explanation of the rule change? Leads to a lot of mistrust in the field. Perhaps KC can clarify. I am sure there is a good reason why some did not win.

Justin is really not that bad.. He is young. Give him a chance. I really like him as a person. He is more human than the backstabbers and zombies up there who are jealous of everyone good. They are threatend for not reason. Stay low and do you job

The original poster had it dead on. I should have left a year ago. This company is a joke. I've never known so many reps on anti depressants b/c of all of the extra bull-shit work. This company has turned into the novartis mindset/ "we know better than you dumb reps, so do what we say & give us these reports so we will try to figure out what is "wrong" & tell you what to do. OH...you're not making enough calls...why?" AND THAT is why their reps sued them to become hourly. Newsflash, Aptalis: We will perform much better if your asses quit throwing dumb shit on us & expecting us to give up our personal time & families day after day after day. It's useless. If you want to know what the problem is, it's corporate! We would sell 10 times more if you left our butts alone & let us do our jobs. I prefer selling to doctors over dumb ass conference calls...the SAME week as our end of the year reviews, the SAME week as our expense reports that takes several hours, the SAME week as we put together presentations for our regional meetings, the SAME week that we should be doing our final push to end the quarter strong. What the heck are you guys thinking? Get your heads out of your asses...you are the reason why we haven't beat creon yet. YOU are the reason why people are leaving. YOU are the reason why we have 68 reps. YOU take time away from our physicians to do lame ass reports. ISN'T your job to make the sales force job easier? Oh...i'm sorry, we have to make up for your mistakes. Don't you worry, more people will leave. This company doesn't care about it's employees at all. If they did, they would realize how much crap they keep assigning us on personal time, & they would scale it back. WE WANT TO BE IN OUR OFFICE & SELLING & WE WANT TIME TO DO OUR OWN SHIT AFTER WORK...not dumb/ useless reports for your own agenda that doesn't help us sell a damn thing. We've tried to adjust, but you keep wanting more & more & more & more...stop. Let us sell and make you money, & then pay us our money. No reason why reps should receive a training bonus higher than someone who is working their ass off. We're willing to do a lot of work on our personal time, but not useless unneeded work. How can we trust a company that screws us out of money time after time after time? A big change needs to happen or this company will be washed down the tubes.

I agree with this poster. Justin is a great person who means well. He is understanding and has great ideas. Sure, it may cause you extra work, but that is up to your manager to filter it according to what each rep has on their plate. I think his intent is to add value and to give us extra resources or new ways of thinking. I don't think any of the spreadsheets that he assigns is to cause busy work. Maybe if our managers told us WHY we had to do the extra work or told us how we could benefit from doing the report, we wouldn't feel so much pressure or that the company is creating busy work for no reason. It's all in the presentation, but I understand where the first poster is coming from b/c selling as many drugs as we are, there is no time for extra stuff to be turned in at the drop of a hat. We need more action, our company needs to trust us to make the right decisions & give us less busy work...that is...unless you suck, & then the manager needs to help your ass out. If you're good, then I say they need to stop with the micromanaging/ making you do all of the extra crap. Happy employees creates more productive employees who produce results. Stressed out employees, creates frustrated employees when they get more work, which leads to counter productivity. Focus on leaving us alone if we are producing and let us fly. If we suck, then give us the extra crap.

See post 116. You have contradicted yourself several times here. Justin is not that great of a person, he prides himself on over analyzing the universe and showing everyone he's the smartest guy in the room. We didn't have any of this crap work until RT brought him into the fold. These two enjoy staring at numbers instead of giving us tools to do sell more. No good reps on the planet sell 4 drugs!!!!!! As for mgrs explaining why we are doing extra work...the can't b/c they don't know either!!! There's no merit in half the crap they make us do and the mgrs know it. It's useless. The mgrs won't step in and complain b/c RT will find a way to move them out.

This company is hogwash. So many holes in so many areas. I'm starting to have 2nd thoughts about joining based on what we are not provided and how we are still expected to perform without the help from our managers and other departments.
Training was okay, but two weeks is a bit long based on what we learned. Every time we had a real issue or question, the main manager would always revert to staying on track because time was very important. Fake laughs and continuous correction is expected, but some people just can't hide there real thoughts and feelings behind a fake laugh.
And what is the point of having these regional meetings when nothing has changed on any of the products and detail pieces except for generic intrusion. Small company equals small budgets and not enough money to compete with the big players and competition.
And can someone please explain the difference between a CFAM and a Sales Specialist or PCP. SS AND PCPs sell 4 products while a CFAM SELLS ONE. How is that considered a higher role. Sounds like a created BS POSITION.
