I seem to remember right after the reorg in '94/'95 she got her walking papers. It may be that Basel said "just go away". She was one of the very forgetable AD's, right up there with Wally. Send an email to Neubert, he probably knows where she is, her husband sure never did.

Remember the Voltaren launch meeting? Them was the days. Mickey and Whitey were shitfaced. Couldn't talk. They could just wave.

I recall that meeting very well. I recall seeing reps standing up and going crazy of Mantle and ford! The Company managed to sink a sure winner of a drug, didn't they?

I joined Ciba in 1976, and worked for them and/or Geigy for 15 years. I now work for a small pharma that is OK, but I remember those old company days. Does anyone remember Wes Hartley? He was my first DM. TM

I joined CIBA in 1972 and worked for John Stewart in New Jersey. Being close to Summit, I got to enjoy the Morris Avenue circus. Anybody for those days here?

I remember one of the secretaries moonlighted as a dominatrix. She advertised in kinky magazines.

I started in General Drugs late 80s. It was a great place with experienced, highly educated, ethical people. HR was supportive and acted as our advocates. I remember when Mickey Mantle visited and was in Building U signing baseballs.

Complete opposite to how Oncology is run at Novartis today.

George Finch? I met George back in the late 70's when we worked the hospitals together. He was one of the best. I was a competitor but he never quit helping me adjust to that surrounding. If anyone has his e-mail or knows of his whereabouts, plese post it. Ray Cofer would really like to say thanks.

Its been a little while since I talked with George. Stacy suffered a stroke and slowly put her life back together with Georges help. I first met George when he was named a NAM in the Managed Mkts division in the late 80's. Great guy!

Stacy was a princess of a person, the most people oriented RM or AD I ever met. Heres hoping Stacy and George have a very long and happy life together. Did their boat make it from the west coast to Florida ok?

I got ahold of the Raphael Chamberlin vs Ciba-Geigy trial transcript - over a thousand pages of so many things that was wrong about that company's approach to EEO in terms of protecting a psychopath like him at the expense of good people. He lost (again) on appeal. A sad, pathetic, delusional man...

Wally Holstrum married into the Ciba family, so his promotions were handed to him on a silver platter. He was an arrogant clueless prick. Donna knew it and couldn't get rid of him soon enough. He was replaced by a reptilian "fast tracker" from Phoenix (forget name) who was one of Bill Sheldon's pets.
