Is anyone else disappointed in the lack of communication on commissions? How hard can it be to figure it out? Mass exodus coming......

The gravy train has derailed. Not sure there will be a mass exodus, as most Bio reps never had to play on a level playing field, not much demand for that background.

What did they do to your commissions?

    Can this be considered theft?

Old tactic to boost the appearance of earnings for the quarter. Analysts only see what is on books at EOQ. It gives the impression the loss isn't as large as it really is.

You sound bitter and have a lot of free time to troll a message board you clearly are not part of.

If more that half of your commission were not paid you would be "crying" too. Fuck off

Why don't you ask the chief of staff. He and his minions are incentivized by doing more with less.

So this a tale of our castaways
There here for a long long time,
They'll have to make the best of things ,
    Its, an uphill climb.

The first mate and the skipper too,
    Will do their very best,
    To make the others uncomfortable,
    In this tropic Island mess,

The weather started getting rough, when Captain Todd was tossed
If not for the brave reps of Bio,
OPKO would be Lost, OPKO would be lost.

I'm extremely disappointed in hearing their may or may not be a problem. "Houston we have a problem" when all of the reps checks were cut in half or by more. We've been billing and collection reps this year. Now were going to be administrative reps with concur lunches and mileage. Take our commission checks please! Now we find out if we will have a equitable territory...whatever that means.

As Aaron Rodgers once said: RELAX

For some of us, Bio has done more than pay the bills. One bad check? Come on. We are making ourselves look silly. Breath.

To keep it simple, anyone who thinks we are overpaid have no clue what our job entails. The rep is everything from foundation to chimey here. Not just the pitchman. This aint your daddy's salesjob.

Steady cubicle rat, if it weren't for sales you wouldn't even have a paycheck
