Where did the wicked witch land?

The one with the green face, hair like chimney broom, shrinks an inch or 2 a year, wears 8 inch heels, commuting into another state in attempt to hide true identity, believes the garbage and lies coming from her own mouth, is energized by berating others, friends with cruella devile.
