Where did they go?

    Talk to some leadership people around the industry who interviewed for Area jobs and above. Many walked away because the original plan was to hire Inventiv reps. Now they finally came to their senses and scrapped that idea, but that WAS the plan in the beginning.

    You guys are so blind you haven't even went outside of your little bubble to gain insight into the history of your own company. They changed the rep plan because leaders that interviewed were walking away and telling the company it would never work.

    That being said if you're simply sustaining a company to be sold or parted up (which may happen here), contract is a great option.

    Contract is never a good option, it is outdated. You must be from a contract company, trying to stir up a dying business. A contract sales for us does not deserve this much discussion.

    Dude, what do you think we are? Along the lowest paying of any "biologics" gigs, horrible benefits and a shitty car plan where we destroy our own vehicles. You are CONTRACT, you just think you're not.

    This company is transparent. At least their bullshit efforts to team build and retain reps are transparent. Do you have a growth mindset? What a crock of shit. Talk to the reps that have left. Our HR is a joke. No exit interviews. No attempt to find out why the company is losing personnel. Sad.

    I left recently, no exit interview! Do they really care to help improve this place. Ridiculous.

    Absolutely incorrect. Contract was never “the plan”. It was merely an option that was considered as part of the original planning.

    Syneos recruiter called me about an opportunity. She talked blatantly off label.
    That appeared to be the sales plan!!

    Two RSMs in the NE are gone. Take the hint. Get in a lifeboat people. This ship is sinking, and the FDA is about to throw us another anchor.

    This is wrong, only one that left for other reasons. The other one was promoted. This is the outside talking, as most of these posts are.
