It doesn't matter what they focus on.
This company is DEAD. Product offering is old and lacks any WOW factor.
Couple this with a beaten down sales force that can no longer compete in today's new business climate and get ConMess. The best true measurment of vitally and success is growth. ConMess hasn't enjoyed either in the last 6 years.

Where it needs to go is for this company to get bought by a much larger company with some muscle. Same for others like Smith and Nephew and Wright Med. Can't survive long term as independents.

Corasanti tried selling it in 2013/14 before his ouster and had no takers. Top line sales are down roughly 10% since then. Nobody wants to buy us, they are already beating our brains in at every turn. We are slowly circling the drain.

That's a hoax. They never tried to sell the company during that time period. They had offers but said they were not high enough. They have buyers, but a select few are trying to hold on while they collect huge compensation, in some cases for doing virtually nothing (Conmed Board of Directors).
The market, and institutional shareholders know they have buyers or this stock would not be trading at $45 and a PE of 70, not based on this managements performance. It would be trading at $25 if all the holders of the stock (93% institutionally held) did not know that there are buyers and got out. The largest shareholder has employees sitting on the board, so they know whats going on.

What will happen to the pricing if Trumps 35% border tax for Mexican made products goes thru? We are going to be F'ed.
What is Curt doing to prepare for this, or are we going to get caught flat footed?

Of all of the things we have to worry about and there are many, it's far from the top of the list. Reason being that such a move by Trump would have widespread effect on the industry. There are many other device companies with factories in MX, some are so large that our operation seems small in comparison. Of course, you can ask him or his #2 (CFO) at the multi-million dollar GSM.

The company isn't going in the direction we were told it'd go. We are losing customers. We are losing good engineers. We are losing good hard workers. We are keeping lazy losers. We are waiting for a miracle.

The bottom is falling out in my division...losing two major GPO's.
John Hart is clueless and of course thinks it's all the fault of the sales reps.

What GPO’s did they lose for which products?

Certain big wigs being moved around. No fireworks yet. I still have wet dreams over all the miserable people being walked out then they hire 30 and under bright and happy people. Let me dream!
