So going to start looking for another position since Covidien hates it's employees. Where do people go after Covidien (other than Intuitive)?
It only makes sense to goto Ethicon and bury your old manager and make his numbers plummet so that he eventually loses his job. Then make sure once he does that you heavily politic the other major companies to not hire or black ball him from the industry. Once this is complete, true transformation has happened and the world has become a better place. I am so sick of paranoid and psychotic middle and upper management in these large healthcare organizations. Its almost like its a cult.
Independent , those guys who can make it earn big time . I have a friend who left us at top of his game. He is paying in taxes what he made his best year with us .
I don't know much about the independent game. I thought they make almost nothing the first year or so...
